Load Order Problem - Unofficial Patch

Just a quick one since I have no idea how this has happened.

However if I try and load the game through SKSE I ctd before the main menu screen. Upon running TES5Edit it fails to load as the Unoffical Patch is in the wrong place. How do I fix this?

Start LOOT and click on the vertical dots on the right side of "Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp" and choose "Edit Metadata". In the new box, choose "Load after". Click on "+"  and write "Update.esm". Save and exit LOOT. Restart the LOOT to see if it moved USKP after "Update.esm".

Okay that has kind of solved half the problem.

 

LOOT now has that setup so on the LOOT screen it shows the USKP loaded after the update.esm. However MO still doesn't update it's load order, nor is the load order in TES5Edit affected (I use that to check if I can even load anything at the moment and I get the same results each time.)

 

If I try to rearrange the mod panel on the left side of the MO I get an error icon and am asked to rearrange the/fix the order. 

 

Is there a master load list stored by MO? Because if so would deleting that and re-doing LOOT/sort fix this? It feels like something somewhere has locked the load order and it wont update or allow for editing.

that's because your esp don't have the tag esm, so it can't be moved above esm (or esp with the tag esm)

Funny thing (currently in class again so can't get back to the PC to upload more screens):

 

updated the MO and that resolved the load order problem so that it now looks correct. So there's that. 

TES5Edit loads everything I want it to without spitting up an error.

LOOT loads everything without spitting up an error.

 

Skyrim still crashes after the splash screen but before the main menu can load up. So there's something wrong here and I'd rather not do the old faithful of uninstall/reinstall everything so what ideas have you got for bugfixing/testing?

If it still crushing, maybe you can post your Log file that will show all the errors and causes of crushing.
