i got weird glitch when my character having sex,it also happen to others npc too. how to fix this?

Can't see xp32 or XMPS skelleton there. Do you have one of these installed?

Looks like a skeleton issue make sure you are using a compatible skeleton for the body you are using and make sure nothing overwrote the skeleton.
