First of all, where's the crash? On bethesda logo, upon loading a save game file? CTD while walking on skyrim?

You need to give us a little more of details, In my personal experience I was having lots of crashes with Dual sheat redux installed, specially where npc were involved (lets say first encounter with Aela, Ria and Farkas when fighting the giant).

 

Edit: Also Noticed you use both JK skyrim and Immersive citizens, Sorry dude but it is one or the other, both mods are incompatible just as its stated in Immersive citizen nexus page, I'll chek out for other compatibility issues if I were you.

Game always crash on 01:00pm. Time on game. If im sleep, modify timer, waiting. Now i can't to create a new game. I can create character, if im confirm create a few sec. Later game crash. Sory for my shit english im Polish.

Immersive citizen is a great overhaul, unfortunately it destroys the game to the core, its a shame such a good idea of a mod bring THAT amount of trouble, I'm glad you could figure it out, cheers mate.
