Could someone help me understanding mods basics?

Hey guys,

 

maybe someone could help me with my actual mod installation.

 

ive installed some mods for my skyrim game.

Now i have the issues, that breast, butt and belly don´t grow ingame.

I have installed the whole game again

I´ve installed following mods (with NMM):

 

CBBE calientes beautiful bodies (installed curvy with facepack)

XPMSE 3 Skeleton extended

racemenu 3.4.4

I have uninstalled my hole game and made a clean, new installation of skyrim.

After that, i installed all mods again - the skeleton mod was the last one.

Ive started a new game. After all installations, ive checked my game with LOOT for missing files and load order. No problems found.

 

But already when creating a new character , some things are not working like Breast, Butt and Belly scaling.

Arms, tail, height etc are working. But belly, breasts and butt won´t change when i want  them smaller or bigger. Therefore, I assume that they would not change while playing (Hormones for example have to change them)

 

I dont know whats wrong.

What do i need, that i (and mods) can change the bodyscales correctly?

I think you're missing hdt and you have to then also build a hdt body with bodyslide.

Did you make sure you have HDT installed and that you ran GenerateFNISforUsers after you installed everything else?

GenerateFNISforUsers should be in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

I forgot to list, sorry. I have Bodyslide 2 and HDT Physics and High Heels also installed (and beeing female and some more else like sanguines debauchery+) .  However, I do not know what to do with Bodyslide?i dont wanna create my own Body or armor. i thought i can play with the normal curvy CBBE body and the XP32 Skeleton is responsible for ensuring that parts of the body while playing are scaling to bigger or smaller, due to Sexlab Hormones or beeing female for example.

Actually, im not on my home computer for a full - installed mod list. But for bodyscaling i thought i only have to install a Body (CBBE) and a skeleton (XP32 extended)?

So i have all requirements installed for Hormones.

SkyUi and Papyrus ofc too. But none of this two are for scalings.

 

Ive used Requiem - but it sucks too hard for me (cause only in english) , so ive deinstalled it, fucked up my savegame and thats the reason i had to fully reinstall everything (game + mods, completely new downloaded)

yeah, HDT is installed, and i started FNIS before creating a new game. FNIS had no errors or warnings

 

Do you have the right body type installed for all the mods you are trying to use?

Everywhere i can choose, i used CBBE Body.

I installed XP32 according to the specifications that were already activated.

 

So, after skyrims new installation, i installed all mods. XP32 was the last and has been allowed to override all other mods like Ragdolls and Schlongs for Skyrim.

Then, i´ve started the skyrim launcher, for creating my skyrim.ini files in C:\Documents\mygames\skyrim (otherwise FNIS would say, that its not inside e legal skyrim folder)

 

After that, ive started fnis, run it and after it the game, using SKSE.

 

 

But already at character creation itself i cant change breast / butt / belly scalings. Arms, Legs, Head, etc works

I could be wrong as I haven't used it in a long time but I'm not sure that the basic CBBE body works with HDT. You can go into bodyslide and select CBBE Body HDT for Outfit/Body and then select curvy for Preset and then hit Build on the bottom. The armor sets need to hdt as well.

If you want to know how it works with scaling bodies here is a short summary: there is 2 bodies with diffrent sizes, what you see as growing breast ass is only the smaller size body reshaping to the larger body in proggres as you pull the slider to the right.

The problem in your case is that both your bodies are the same size so nothing happens. Do i have to use bodyslide? i dont know how it works (Or for what I needed it at all )

I would be happy if the body varies according to the mods (and configuration)  like beeing female or hormones.

How was your installation order? Did you, at any point. overwrite the XPMSE skeleton?

 

Are you sure ALSL was installed correctly?

 

Install order should be has to be like this:

 

1. Body mod (CBBE/UNP/ETC)

 

2. ALSL

 

3. Any animation mod

 

4. Skeleton (XPMSE)[This is most important: Always install the skeleton last]

 

(You know this but for completion's sake: Run FNIS after XPMSE installaton)

Ive found my "error"

I had the NMM cache error. Remodeled CBBE / HDT Armors were installed, but not correctly. So armors dont scale with bodysizes. so i can change whatever i want, prisoner armor dont scale with the bodysizes.

After a complete new installation from remodeled armors and cleaning the cache files, it works (at this time) perfectly - with one exception.

ALSL still uninstalled.

 

Sometimes (after porting for example) ive got bigger (creepy lookin)  breasts with torpedo nipples. they look like a swimmers launching pad. O.o i dont know why. only opening racemenu, setting another breast size and resize to the old one fixes it.

And ive got the error that skyrim freezes if i use the necrophilia function from Defeat, i guess.

now, game crashed without any messages after i had 2 followers (lydia) one = naked, one in full armor O.o

 

 

So, thats my actual load order:

I ran FNIS after the last installation (XP32)  and ive got 1 warning ( i think because Archery Overhaul Mod installation)

Okay, thanks ^^ but what can i do against it? Some ini fixes or mods that can handle it or something else?

I dont have soooo many installed i guess.  Others play with 300 or more mods easily ^^

Good question, i hope someone else can you help with this. I also had this problem with only a few mods installed. Defeat seems often to take a second or two to kick in.
