Known mod incompatibilities list?

Is there a list some where of mods x,y,z, that are incompatible with or are not recommended with mod a?

 

For instance - Looking at the descriptions for SL Romance and SL Eager NPCs there appears to be a lot of crossover.  One thing that I do not want is 20 different possible dialogues to basically achieve the same result.  So if these both added dialogue that achieved a 'romp in the hay', then I would consider them in the 'not recommended together' category.  So, again - Is there such a list?

You won't find a list like that because it would be a nightmare to maintain it. Every mod description lists what it is compattible with or not at the moment it was released. You should look at those individual descriptions.
