[Help] AFT or UFO

Hey there LL community

 

I have a question about UFO (Ultimate follower overhaul)

Currently i'm using AFT (Amazing follower tweaks). Normally i choose for my followers the auto equip change, to see their full inventory and give them the armors i want.

But that causes allways, that the followers are nacked, when entering the house or room they are in, and then equipping the armors, wich causes huge loading times, (by to many followers in one location even ctd)

But i like to have many followers 'collected' in one home.

 

So my question is, does UFO have the same effekt with the armor? They are at first naked and then load the armor i gave them? Or are they allready full equipped, without extra loading time?

In terms of equiping followers, UFO basically expands upon the vanilla system, with an option(in the "You know..." dialog choice) to make any followers vanila equipment visible(i.e in their inventory that you can already access), and at that point you can remove that and give them whatever you want them to wear.

 

I haven't noticed followers naked at all, save for perhaps briefly when you change what they are wearing, or for a moment after choosing "You could dress better..."(the option that makes their vanilla armor/clothing visible in their inventory).

I use aft without any issue, because I got an extra mod to effectively handle armour change, if you want the name I'll get it ( not on pc )

@KM100z you might be talking about summer wear, summer wear is enough for the simple stuff: talk to a follower > ask him about summer wear > ask him to go naked (this will remove his standard equipment) > open inventory > give him what  you want > ask him to wear best equipement.

How about Extensible Follower Framework(EFF)?

tried EFF unless its changed since the last time I used it, it doesn't work well with serana or darkbrotherhood initiates >.>

darkauron, go on nexus and get "pick default follower armour" by smig it'll fix any nekkid issues! I use it with AFT and like yourself I like to have ALL the default 23 female followers staying in lakeside

 

there is a 5 armour slot limit but there's a sneaky workaround to that lol

 

only downside you cant restore your followers original armour, still don't know how to fix it anyway >.<

Oh well, i tried out EFF and that fixed the nacked issue and loading the armors, entering a cell.

 

However, my game still crashed with too many followers in one location, i suppose due to the high quality textures some of them have.

I suppose my graphic crad can't handle this then, so i have to split my followers up into some different locations

Last time I checked, UFO was kinda discontinued with a lot of glitches. I'm using EFF, the author is the same from Racemenu, and SKSE makes everything better.

doesn't look like the AFT mod is the issue, but the huge loading amount the followers take. if i have more than 5 or 6 followers in one play, the game usually crash or some textures won't load, making my followers blue xD'

 

how do you manage to have 23 followers in one place without crashing? your pc stats are pretty simmilar to mine, having a gtx750ti (2gb), 12gb Ram, 8 core 3,4ghz and windows 10.

 

have you tweaked the skse.ini or another .ini file from skyrim?
