Goat horns missing

Hi all,

 

this is not a technical problem, more like a mod issue.

 

One of the mods removes Goat Horns from the goat's loot table. Or at least I can't find them on goats anymore and they are useful in Hearthfire. I can of course still buy them from traders, so not a big issue, mostly just curious.

 

Could someone confirm please if it is the Immersive Creatures?

Easy to check for yourself.  Open that esp/esm in the CK.  In the Object Window go to LeveledItems and type the word Goat into the filter box.  Double click on DeathItemGoat and see what's there.

Nah, don't bother with the CK. Load all your mods into TES5Edit and check the leveled item DeathItemGoat. You can easily find out which mods modify that. Don't know about Immersive Creatures but mods like Hunterborn, Harvest Overhaul etc. are the likely suspects.

To fix the issue, you can either change your load order (placing the one with horns to the bottom) or you can use TES5Edit to add goat horns to the plugin that changes DeathItemGoat the last.

DeathItemGoat is a *set* consisting several different items. You may have multiple plugins (ESP/ESM) in your load order that have different *sets* of items for DeathItemGoat. The best way to solve the problem is to make sure that the last plugin in your load order has the *union* of all those sets.
