Bondage device disappears in Defeat

Hi,

 

I'm testing out Defeat for my game, and I'm going through the event where a robbery/sex/captive event is triggered on BleedOut. I drop my weapons, strip, get used, then there is some dialogue about leaving me bound. I then get put into a bondage device, and it lasts about 3 seconds before it just disappears and I'm automaticlaly free. I still get the dialogue indicating I'm supposed to try to break free from the 'combination lock', but I can just move around like nothing happened.

 

Anyone know what could cause this?

 

I've gone through all my mods and made sure there were no compatability issues(that I know of), and I have everything I need.

FYI defeat 5.1 is buggy with sexlab 1.6. There is a Beta available that provides compatibility with SL 1.6+.

Wait...i just realized the scenario I'm in is from Devious Surrender, not Defeat. I should look for compatability issues with it.

 

Sorry, I got it mixed up. I thought those were just the latest features of defeat.
