Sexlab/ Fnis

Please close/ Issue resolved.

Thank you both very much for the information. The load order; the video.

During the clean install, I prepared a master folder of all the mods I intended to install. I checked to make sure I had each dependency and pre-req. I follow the instructions in the video, and I installed the mods carefully, and in a relatively logical order in terms of lead mod and dependencies.

I followed the mod order listed by Kuroyami. Mod Organizer folder was put into the Skyrim folder; SKSE was manually dropped into the Skyrim folder. I made sure to run the game vanilla before initiallizing mods. The game loaded fine; I ran Sexlabs update in-game; made my character; tests animations - all has tested 100% so far - no issues. Everything looks clean.

Thank you very much for your time - and to anyone who may find this; watch the video, and take it slow. It will pay off doing it well the first time. (I was so close yet no cigar - little parts add up.) Take care.

-------------------------

Hello everyone.

I heard about Mod Organizer, and due to the nature of random crashes and glitches with Mod Manager, I cleaned all Skyrim files and did a fresh re-install. All legitimate Steam, Skyrim, and DLC's. This was around two days ago.

My experience with Mod Organizer:

I initially had problems with FNIS and Sexlab, which doesn't seem uncommon. I have gotten to the point where I get no error returns (no script failure, or crashes), and animations do start (undressing occurs, facial expressions, seminal application, sounds, and being engaged in an animation - barring movement) - except, there is no bending over, kneeling, lying on back etc. My character simply stands in place.

I had two different mods call for the animations. Sexlab Eager NPCs, and... a very small straight-to-the-point mod via LoversLab. I don't remember which one it was, but it was lightweight.

Recently to attempt to solve the issue, I extracted all Sexlab Framework, and FNIS files into the Skyrim data folder itself.

I still get told FNIS does not detect its Creature Pack.

The three non-realized FNIS via Sexlab in-game are: FNIS Users Behaviors Generated; FNIS Sexlab Framework Idles; FNIS Sexlab Creature Idles. Via Sexlab mod in-game, these are allocated a (?), claiming that they may be soft errors and that it could be okay to ignore them.

When I run FNIS via the Skyrim folder itself, it does not return all required mods. I tend to run it via Mod Organizer, as I have linked the filepath to the .exe within the Skyrim folder, so that i can select it (where the pictures I attached show SKSE) and click play, and it runs. I also organize the mods via "Sort" which uses LOOT.

I should have all dependencies of all of my mods, but I assume the issue somehow exists between how Sexlab and FNIS are working with each-other. All mods are freshly obtained, and I will attempt to post additional aides.

I would love insight as to how I can fix the issue, and I very much appreciate your time. Thank you.

Picture:

The two unchecked files, "fnis" - is a compilation of all FNIS files extracted, and re-added to their own .rar. I then told Mod Organizer to "install" that - which as with a few others, tells me it doesn't have a parent, or something similar, and that it probably won't work - and I have to tell it to ignore issues in order to make it click-able. As for the Sexlab Framework 1.59, that was simply an attempt at using an older version.

Me: I usually got modding to work via Nexus Mod Manager, and I'm getting better with installations. I know my way around computers, but when it comes to dependencies and specific linked filepaths, I can run into error. I am extremely new with Mod Organizer, and I have read various help topics, and watched a few videos on it.

Edit: Via the Mod Menu in-game, I cannot see Zaz Animations, as I used to see with Mod Manager. If this has anything to do with it.

Edit2: Progress. I have found out how to mark the Mods Data folders as a Directory, and get them to legitimately be accepted by Mod Organizer. Zaz Animation now appears in-game, and I removed and freshly installed Zaz and other mods that had issues in this deparment. SKSE included.

However, the same issue still remains.

I've always used FNIS by having it as a mod in MO, and adding the executable list that MO can run, though I have added it to the top bar myself. This is the method suggested in Gopher's videos on FNIS, and I have not had any issues with it. I'd keep everything in MO, as I guess FNIS might actually miss things if it is run through MO but installed outside of it. Otherwise, the only things that I have set to *unmanaged in MO would be the DLCs(which is the default for them, I think).

One issue I certainly see is a few issues with the order your mods are loading in. Mainly the DLC and their patches. Those should be at the top, and be ordered like this:

Unoffical Skyrim Patch

*unmanaged:Dawnguard

Unoffical Dawnguard Patch

*unmanaged: Hearthfire

Unoffical Hearthfire Patch

*unmanaged:Dragonborn

Unoffical Dragonborn Patch

Most of the other mods look fine in terms of their placement, although you may want to go through them, and see what they may be conflicting with, if anything. Also, is the GenerateFNISForUsers mod the files generated by FNIS(i.e files you moved from the overwrite folder into a mod)? If so, then where it is would be fine, but I'd suggest a bit better name for that, something like "FNIS Generated - profilename", or something like that, since you might have to generate the files again for a different profile, with a different setup.

The creature animations are separate downloads for both sexlab and FNIS

Move the XP32 skeleton last to make sure something isn't overwriting it.

I mailed Kuroyami for some additional info - realizing I did not have x2 of the Unoffical Patches. I also noticed as you pointed out, that i didn't have the Sexlab Creature Pack. I currently removed all Skyrim files from my SSD, and I'm re-downloading it. I intend to be very careful now that the mods are new and ready to go. I'll also back-up the original Skyrim files.

I'll also put the XP32 at the bottom of the list.

If either of you two recall, could you explain how you implemented Sexlab Framework, and FNIS, through Mod Organizer?

Perhaps I'm missing something that is stopping them from fully working together.

Open FNIS with MO, update animations with arm fix path, and there should be overwrite on end of mod list, right click on overwrite and create mod, activate this new mod and everything should work.
