The belly node is what controls belly expansion and movement via either netimmerse or NIO.   Beeing Female uses NIO afaik.  It is in essence what allows your character to actually look pregnant.  If your body does not have a belly node then you may get pregnant but never actually look pregnant.

 

There are several bodies out there now for both CBBE and UUNP that are all set with a belly node so you can find one with a few minutes of searching or you can use BodySlide to make one for yourself.

Can I use RaceMenu in place of NetImmers Override?  NetImmerse Override looks like it was incorporated in RaceMenu 3.4.4
