Feng Shui for NV?

Hey guys.

Since I'm starting to spend more time with screen shooting in NV I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a NV conversion for the Feng Shui mod for FO3

In a nut shell for those who never used it, its a decoration assist mod which grants complete control over multiple axis of the selected item and the ability to lock that item in place once set.

I didnt see it over on Nex and was wondering if maybe there was an indpendant version floating around.
