Resizing cup sizes on custom armors tutorial request

title prety mutch says everything i would like to resize couple of armors so i need to know the tools i'll need and more or less what to do there i already have cs tool and nifskope and photoshop cs4

or if somenone would be willing to do that for me i'll send the armor

EDIT.

Ok so using nifscope i managed to replace the upper body from e cup to b-cup but the problem now is that the armor is still the same siza as before and i dont know how to make it fit using nifskope could someone one help me on that i am using Hgec body btw
