Guards Knock You Out Instead of Killing You?

Are there any mods like this? I know the SM Bounty Mod had it, but for some reason, it says my INI file is not installed even though it is when I use that.

I'm currently using that mod with COBL and it seems to work. Maybe if you rearrange your load order it may help.

As for similar mods (not really) MOE has an addon that if your bounty gets too high you get teleported to the arena to die by medieval firing squad.
