Bash Patch Error

Ok, I have installed Bash Patch, Python, etc...

When I execure from the start folder or the Oblivion folder I get the following error. What went wrong?

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw", line 31, in

File "bash.pyo", line 311, in main

File "basher.pyo", line 15386, in InitLinks

File "basher.pyo", line 14297, in InitStatusBar

IndexError: tuple index out of range

Do you use latest version of BOSS 1.8 ?

If yest then remove BOSS becasue otherwise Wrye won't launch...

If you search for Wryebash in google, you can find a thread at the tesnexus forums (not the mod database, but the forums) and I believe that they discuss this particular problem in detail. I forgot the site addy, but it should be a relatively simple find. I had a similar error, but mine had a different bottom line entry, searched for it, found out the fix for it. Good luck! It's just a google page away bro.

I'm still using older version, but I saw this on the nexus...

Fix for Wrye Bash 293 and BOSS 1.8

Me, I just reverted back to BOSS 1.7. I don't even see what 1.8 brings to the table.

It's a simple fix, put it in and Bash works perfectly, like it should.

I will have to try this when I get home. Good to know 1.7 is not a problem!
