Wrye Bash Issue

So I just got Wrye Bash, and I tried to import a face. I followed a tutorial so I'm sure I'm doing it the right way. The problem is that the import never works. All that happens is that this thing pops up:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xd0 in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Face import is broken in 295.5. :(

(you can try with an older version I guess, or use Oblivion Face Exchange Lite until the next release)
