Hit the dirt! prone for FNV?

Just wondering if it would be at all possible to make a 'prone' stance for new vegas,in F3 there was the hit the dirt! mod,but i am surprised that in new vegas where the NCR relies heavily on snipers and such that it was not implemented by bethesda.

Anyway getting to the point,if possible,can someone create a mod that allows prone,or port it from the F3 mod?
