I suppose Atlas would be a better tool to translate with, but extracting the text from the image may be an issue, and I don't have photoshop. If someone had a program to extract the text from that image, instead of just an online image recognition program, we might be better off getting the gist of the text in that pic.

from what i can understand of it, firstly, not directed at foreigners/not something ppl did to piss him/someone else off (unless i'm terribly wrong i don't think i am),

2ndly,(wat it is roughly about) he doesn't like with the lines/muscles (スジ) when characters are standing up. which is the 1st line or 2 though i'm less sure about the rest, but it seems like he wants someone to help though feel free to correct me on this if i'm dead wrong

i dont like vagina line when character is standing up so i fix it. how about this?

i know its impossible length and angle but I fix it so that good looking when naked Imperial male characters are standing up.

i changed naked standing lowbody.

コテハン is an abbreviation of 固定ハンドルネーム means username or nickname or handle which is not changed for a while.
