Distributed Neckseam Hiders

I've been working on a very small mod in my spare time (very spare, what with work and a family illness) that aims to distribute a series of neckseam hiders among the female NPC's in Fallout NV. First phase will be completed after I've tested it some more, currently it only passes out one variety of neckseam hider, a set of dogtags, more testing will be needed since I don't want to crash anyone's game, especially my own. What I'm looking for is the community wanting something like this? And if anyone would be willing to point out some free to use meshes/textures for other hiders that I could add to the mod. Any advice would be gladly accepted as this is my first real mod that I'd be willing to share and share freely with my good friends here on LoversLab. I'm currently looking when I get done with first phase testing to see about adding hiders according to occupation/faction membership, somehow a wasteland raider doesn't strike me as owning a black pearl necklace, unless they looted it of course?

Update: Phase One testing is complete, it works! Every female NPC that doesn't have a necklace in slot 8 (certain custom companions have a necklace already, it skips them!) gets a dog tag set after a few seconds on cell load. I may try and release a beta test in a few days, maybe add randomization to the drop. Let you know soon. Got to love not having to see those damn neck seams on all my gals.

Update: Phase Two is ready, I'm going to post a testing Beta in the downloads section, I will need feedback, so don't be afraid to tell me I fucked up.

Well testing this through couple of hours of gameplay I've still yet to see any problems with this mod including this with several npc overhaul mods and nothing seems to have broken yet.
