Freezing/Pausing for 2-5 seconds? (Skyrim)

Hey guys, I recently downloaded a few mods, plus added scriptdragon, plus I have Hialgoboost.

The game runs good, it should run better with my specs though. I run Medium/ High settings with 6GB DDR3 RAM, AMD Athlon 3.1GHZ Quad core, 1TB Harddrive and a 1GB Diamond Radeon HD 6450. It ran really slow with a really slow framerate until I got Hialgoboost, but now after I've installed a few mods, It freezes. I've tried using the ENB Anti-Freeze patch, I've tried putting the game on high priority, but nothing works. I love to have a smooth running game, and I can't stand having it freeze every minute. Anyone know what may be the problem?

Okay, I think the lagging is caused by my 100MB SAVES WTF.

Anyone know why they're so big?

Cause the last patch broke the game, if you are using Steam turn Steam Cloud off. Mods count towards save size too.

Btw, what's the "realistic lighting - full" mod exactly? I noticed you mentioned ENB and was wondering if that mod was referring to a profile of ENB or is it a separate type of mod and perhaps conflicting with ENB? How well does the game run if you disable ENB in-game using F12 (sometimes Ctrl+F12)? How well does it run when you disable any of your possible lighting mods?

I don't have enb, just an Anti-Freeze patch from ENB. Realistic lighting-Full was from Realistic lighting without post-processing, but now I have the full version
