Looking for Touhou NV mod

I'm looking for a Touhou mod for NV but having no such luck in tracking it down. It had 16 or so of the outfits, hair styles and Okuu's arm cannon as a working weapon. Wondering if anyone might have it still or could point me in the correct direction for it?

I think that's the correct set but it appears to be the F3 version and I'm not sure how to go about setting it for NV.
