Adding Dialogue Options.

I'm trying to add Topics to my custom race NPC merchant but I am unable to to get it too work. I only want to add the basic stuff such as Greetings, Crime and maybe one or two custom topics.

I am not sure if these will help you or not, i attempted to fallow these myself only to CTD each time I clicked add new

It is more then likely that I skipped a crucial step, so my own failure means nothing, I only mention it in hopes that if you figure it out that you will enlighten me in rerturn
