If it crash when you launch oblivion it's the sign that a master (mod) is missing.

Use OBMM conflict detector to find which one.

In my experience, start up crashes usually have 2 causes.

1) Graphic setup problem. Rename oblivion.ini to something else and launch the game, see if it still crashes. If yes, see point 2).

2) One of your mods has a missing master reference. The best way to check that is to use Wrye Bash and look for mods with a red square (IIRC). Otherwise you'll have to deactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
