Texture errors with EyeCandy female replacer

- While fun, removes the body texturs of my Robert's body Khajjit. I was wondering if there is a way around this or if there is another mod that makes females nude. Kinda weird when a female bandit pounces you with her bra and panties still on.

When you say removes the texture from roberts body Khajiit, I'm assuming you're talking about Roberts female body? If so, there's not really a way around it. All the races will use femaleupperbody femalelowerbody, etc, and the UV Maps (The thing that tells the mesh where to place the textures) is different.

Also, Female EyeCandy is a bit older, HGEC follows it. I would suggest using HGEC, followed by Eve to replace your Vanilla clothing with proper clothes. HGEC is also the most highly used, so you will be able to find a ton of clothing for it.

Of course, there's also DMRA body, and Manga body, which are good options too. Those body types tend to be different than Exnems though.

I use a male Roberts body. The textures disappear completely, leaving my cats head floating out and about.

Shadowman, have you archive invalidated since installing Roberts male body? Are you sure you installed it properly?

If you have done both of the above the try posting your load order.

I did Archive an RB was working fine until I installed Eyecandy. The female textures are fine but my own upper body and lower body disappear. Could it have something to do with the fact that I'm running slov's SnowLeopard character mod?

Try starting a new game and see if the issue continues. If it does then post your load order so we can get an idea of what you are running.

My load order isn't an issue as I have BOSS working it. Besides, I uninstalled everything to get a fix on the problem and only installed the two mods that are conflicting with each other. Right now, All I have are the base esm's and Roberts Body V4 and Slof's Snow Leopard Race.

Whenever I start a new game or load a save, I get the snow leopard head, feet and tail, but the legs and chest are the normal Robert's body khajjit texture. I can post screens if need be. I had this working until the eyecandy mod. Now Roberts isn't even working correctly...

Some bodies do not work with others. The reason is the texture maps are different. Unless you know how to redo the UV maps in Nifskope you are going to need to choose between the two bodies.

The only other possibility is if someone has made a patch for it.

Slofs Snow leopard requires Roberts body. I can't have one without the other

Yes "that part" is true but have you installed additional textures? Those textures "may" have been for a body type that is not compatible with the two your are talking about.

Nope, currently all I do is install Leopard mod and Roberts and it gives me a funky mix. I have nothing else installed save for the game.

Could it be that Slof's mod already have robert's body inputed and thus the actual roberts body is not needed? If thats the case, Maybe the reason I'm getting conflicting textures is because Roberts body is adding them when they aren't needed.

That could be it. It also could be that slof's may have some errors in the mesh's uv mapping. Did slof's mod say "which" version of robert's you were supposed to use. It might be as simple thing like that.

Will replace vanilla clothing with hgec variants.

Now that you mention 'EVE' - I think there's a Khajiit-specific esp included. At least I've got it installed and bashed in, it's very probably a part of that package, the 'EVE Khajiit Fix'. The patch deals with the problem of missing/wrongly assigned Khajiit textures for some of the stock armors and clothing items, making those body parts purple. That effect had plagued my game for a long time, the fix finally got rid of it for good.

That could be it. It also could be that slof's may have some errors in the mesh's uv mapping. Did slof's mod say "which" version of robert's you were supposed to use. It might be as simple thing like that.

I just check it and that wasn't it. It wasn't on a clean save however so it is most likely not correct. Uninstalling and reinstalling one more to to try it out. Is there a folder that saves all your active mods? It seems like whenever I remove a mod and then put it back, it's already active.

If this fails, I'm just playing as argonian...

If you are asking what I think you are then if you use an omod there should be a folder that has a copy of it...look outside your game folder for a folder that is named "oblivion mods".

My load order isn't an issue as I have BOSS working it.

I don't mean to be insulting' date=' but OUCH!. BOSS [i']does get some (Nexus-based) mods right, but when BOSS makes one little tiny mistake, your game is broken and unplayable. And BOSS rarely makes a tiny mistake. No - Boss's mistakes are game-breaking.

I have about 100 (or so) BOSS sorted mods, and about 80 mods that BOSS does not recognize (or just blatantly puts in the wrong spot. *cough* Every mod at Lover's Lab *cough* ). If I run BOSS and let it dictate my load order, my game is dead.

I have my game set up so that BOSS just recommends a load order. No way in hell I will let BOSS ever change my load order without my explicit approval. Clothing & Armour mods go with my other clothes mods. Quest mods go with my other quest mods. Stores go with stores. Once you get a basic skeleton load order - BOSS is useless. More important to follow GregatHits' suggestions.

There are mods that have been around for years that BOSS refuses to recognize.

Better to use Wrye Bash, some common sense, and something that will stop BOSS from automatically changing your load order.
