Strange Head Glitch

I've never seen anything about this posted anywhere glitch wise, figured it might be lovers related, decided to ask here.

I'm having an odd glitch that's only occured just recently, that makes it so peoples heads dont seem to follow or catch the eyes of my character, they just stare straight ahead, when in dialogue, or looking at my character. Their bodies do seem to track, but there heads wont move at all given any situation. It's most noticable when someone goes into creep mode to try to attack me with joburg, and they stare straight ahead, or when I go into sneak mode but have someones attention; There body tracks me but there face just stares straight ahead.

Anyone have any idea what this is? is it a mod conflict? Corrupted installation files? I dont want to have to re-install.

Have you installed mod named 'E-dialog'? As described in FAQ for 'E-dialog' this mod maybe cause some problem with head tracking animation. Or you should check your oblivion.ini file and find this line 'bDisableHeadTracking' if there value set to 1 then turn it to 0.

I got the same problem and the value is set to 0. so what? i wonder

When animation got weird all of sudden and your playing time of savegame is long enough like over 200hours try to 'repair abomb' with Wrye Bash.
