Uploading to LL?

Ok, maybe I'm just having one of those half drunk retard moments, but does LL still have its own uploading availible to members? Before the upgrade I had uploaded a mod for someone and I've recently been requested to fix/reupload the link in that Downloads topic. The original link redirects the memeber to the mian forum page.

I can't seem to locate the area which I can reup the mod. Is it still availible or do I just need to drink more to find it?
