Could you do me a favor and do something about those so-called Christians who go around bashing gays and protesting at soldiers' funerals? That kind of shit is doing nothing but throwing fuel on those egotistical atheists' fire. You've seen'em; they point at these things and go "Religion is stupid because this happens, good thing I'm smart enough to be godless."

I know, I know. It's there right to choose what they believe; after all, free will is our greatest strength. It's just that, so many are so quick to point out the worst aspects of religion, blind and deaf the good religious people and the good things they do. It's like they don't see how hypocritical they are. Ironically, those extreme religious types are the same way, spouting so much hate when the greatest lesson the Bible teaches is love. Neither side gets it.

Finally, I'd really appreciate it if you could land a dream job in my lap. I've got big plans, but the world conspires against me.

I don't believe in you. I'm really sorry about that. But if it makes you feel any better, I don't believe in any god. I used to be religious back in the day, but things changed and now that ship has sailed. Yeah, it was Jesus. No, I don't know what I saw in him. But it's okay, it's over and I've moved on.

I just wanted to say that ever since I studied you in my religious studies class in college, I have always thought you kicked ass. You're everything I would want in a deity. You possess a fierce maternal quality other gods lack. You can be slaying demons one minute, laying waste to their unholy hordes, and the next be a total loving mother to a crying baby. When someone is your child, they are good. They are fucking safe. But if anyone screws with your children, they are well and truly fucked.

You're hard core, yet you don't seem to judge. I don't think you've ever issued commandments or condemned people to hell for being born certain ways (right? I mean, I didn't study you intensely, so I'm not 100% sure), or freaked the fuck out because people don't worship you. You just are. You're just there. You don't need us to worship you, you're basically unmanifested energy and the embodiment of change. And you rock!

It's annoying how you're misrepresented in film and television. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom had you pegged so wrong. Seriously, would it kill them to do a little fucking research? Although I guess I can't blame them. I mean, don't get me wrong, you look amazing. You're hard core. But you have to see it from their perspective. The multiple arms, the dark skin, the necklace made of human skulls, the belt of human hands. Nevermind that every single one of these aspects of your traditional image is a metaphor with valid explanations, that is some scary shit! Other gods compared to you look like downright pussies!

So in closing, let me say once more how fucking awesome you are, and again express my regret that I don't believe in you. But know that if I could choose to believe, if I could decide to possess the faith of the religious and bend a knee to a single diety, it would be you.
