Question about Lovers with PK load order

I've read the quick install guide and got everything in place (had to do it manually as BOSS put a few things out of order), but I was wondering is Mayus Animation Overhaul and Personality Idles Modified Version considered an "overhaul" or an "animation mod"? I tried to move these two before and after all the lovers esp's, but in either case NPCs no longer has any sex animations (whether it's NPC-NPC or NPC-player), they'll just stand there with their eyes closed, but the sounds will still play. Player will do the same thing, just stand there. But interestingly player-companion sex still plays normally. Is there a way to make lovers with PK compatible with MAO?
