Edit Body Meshes in Construction Set?

Can someone tell me how/point me to a link or something?

What do you want changed? You can either change the race or change a piece of armor which when used changes the characters appearance.

What mod are you trying to edit and what are you trying to change?

The amazon one. Umm, your statement got me thinking, are the items attached/scaled to a certain bone of the body or are the items the actual body itself? That might be the problem, and why I can't see any results, ima check it out later on today.

The items are scaled to the skeleton that is included in the mesh itself. For most clothing/armor the mesh "is" the body. Generally speaking there is no body "underneath" the armor/clothing.

You can't edit the mesh itself with the construction set. You will need nifskope and possibly blender/3dsMax depending on what you are trying to do.

If you are just trying to change someones armor/clothes to something else then you can do this quite easily in the CS. You need to find the npc and then look at their inventory tab and delete the item you don't want and then drag and drop in the item(s) you do want them to equip.

Now if they have a leveled list item then you can either delete this and go to individual items or go back and edit the level list. There are pro's and con's to this but I won't go into them unless you are interested.

Ok i understand now, I always thought that since some armor reveals custom textures without editing them, I figured that the items are scaled the to the naked body, didn't know they use custom mesh and just grab the needed textures.

Thanks.
