Not sure if creating an original character in Oblivion counts, someone could ask I guess. (Rhetoric: Is combining various mods an original character, or do you need to create the meshes and textures also?)

Usual victim result end up in various way depend on how you treat them: Stockholm disorder, crippled, amputations, madness, traumatic disorder, vegetate state, comatose, obedience, disability and extended halucinations -- even death.

I have to admit, I'm not into some of the mores extremes of ryonani like vore, guro, etc. Looking back I think Tomb Raider was my start down this path. Having the dinosaur beat this piss out of Lara Croft was well, fun back then.
