Can someone take a look at this nif?

I converted Stoneheart jacket but as I am not familiar with the high heel system I may have done something wrong not sure. Either way my game crashes when I try to equip the armor...I have no idea why. Can someone look at it and see if you can see anything wrong with it? Thanks
