No Animation?

For some reason, as of now, I try to play Skyrim yet everybody in the game is in this default stance where their hands are to their sides and their legs are out. There's absolutely no animation. There's no walking animation. Drinking animations. Nothing. What happened? If anyone needs more information, I will be more than happy to provide it.

Edit: Nevermind! Found a previous thread that had my problem.
