MGS3-Style Hardcore Mod?

Is there a mod out there that retains hunger, thirst, etc in hardcore mode, but keeps doctors bags as limb healers and removes ammo weight for bullets(I don't remember if bullets had weight in mgs3, correct me if I'm wrong)? Or would this just destroy the purpose of hardcore mode entirely?
