Weird problem with black textures

I have seen this a couple of times in my game now and it only applies to black shiny textures. Currently I have this problem with the black shoes with straps from BiS Highheels(which worked fine in my last game) and the dress in the screenshot which is from http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/42164. They are two completely different mods so I suspect it's a graphical issue. Maybe it's those stupid graphic driver updates that never seems to do any good and only screws things up? Or is it something else? I've made sure the textures are where they should be because it looks right in nifskope.

Your link didn't point to a mod so can't tell anything from it. Have you tried lowering your settings for oblivion. Can't really begin to help you since you have not given the mod you are using nor have you listed your computer specs (including video card and driver) or the graphic settings that you are using.

I recommend updating to the latest working driver for your video card and see if that helps.

Found the solution: Had to run the game with Large textures.
