Tri file and vampire morph

hello, i'm quite confused about tri file(femaleheadchargen) for Skyrim.

i'm using Ran's tri files and since it has sunked cheeks for vampires i want to get rid of them, to what morph vampire morphs is associated? cheeks in, cheeks out? i was thinking that faster way would be to copy structure of default cheeks(in or out) and replace vampire ones. would it work or i need to edit vampire morph part in Blender/max 3d/cinema 4d?
