Dusting off Oblivion Any Mod Recomendations?

After putting some 600+ hours in Skyrim, I have an itch to replay TES 4 again except I really never modded Tes 4 to the level I did with Tes 5. Out of curiosity, what are the mods recommended to make the game "Prettier" Also, is there a mod ther allows you to to play over the shoulder in 3rd person like for Fallout 3/NV, Skyrim?

Their #1 and #2 I agree with, though I would definitely download the latest Oblivion Mod Manager to handle your mods.

I used Francesco's Leveled creatures for a long time and thought it improved the game for me (no more level 20 rats). Natural Environments is absolutely essential if you have the graphics power.

If you want to play around with big boobs and skimpy outfits, there are plenty of those mods too. See the thread below this one where I was trying to resolve some issues I've had with my Steam copy of the game.

As soon as I find my CDs, I'm deleting the Steam version and going back to the CDs. I know they work, they worked for me before my PC crashed.

Ty for the resource, I remember the graphics for oblivion was decent (except for the character faces, they were wonky), hopefully with these mods I can get it up to somewhat Skyrim level xD. Out of curiosity is there a mode for a over the shoulder 3rd person view?

There are probably more clothing mods for Oblivion than all of F3/NV and Skyrim put together. Oblivion has just been around for so long and folks are "still" making armors/clothes for it.

One of the better alternate start mods, your background even impacts the gear you start with.

There are probably more clothing mods for Oblivion than all of F3/NV and Skyrim put together. Oblivion has just been around for so long and folks are "still" making armors/clothes for it.
