I'm sure you're all familiar with the 2ch Live mods, which is basicly adding 200+ NPC to Oblivion, but All of the NPC are characters that 2ch(Japanese version of 4chan) have created and played as.

And then on Nico(Japanese version of Youtube) there are also many player sharing the "adventure" of their characters, and then there's this.

Where the Nico players gathered together, and made a dance video starring their character together.
