Where do I get that milk leaking effect? I've seen it on some other character shots aswell, so I assume is isn't a simple texture replacer.

Also, anybody else here tried installing the cow race mod just to see that their eyes are buggy?

The 'leaking' milk is just a texture overlay / shader effect.

Agreed... I've discarded several mods that have well designed items/clothing, but have that fake, plasticy look to them because they don't have any texture to speak of and the glow-mapping (or whatever it is that sets glossiness) it set way too high for the material. 

The cow race is nice, though... I've had it downloaded for ages but apparently forgot about it.
