So, I'm trying to make a mod, but how do I initiate the *ahem* action?

Well, as the title states, I'm building a mod. It's going to be an expansion to Triratna's minotaur/holstaurus mod, to make them milk-able every once in a while. I have the right animations, and set them up accordingly in the CS, so that's not a problem. What I'm trying to do (and failing at, at the moment), is understanding how the other mods (AdultPlayPlusPlus(SSP), LoversBitch, Joburg, LandE, etc.) signal the game that the actors are supposed to begin their animations.

I'm fairly sure I'm just missing something, but I can't make heads or tails of the scripts in AdultPlayPlusPlus, which is most similar to the kind of mod I want. I'll refer to it as AP++, from now on.

Now, here are the things I've managed to do so far:

The easy part, I've made the dialog for milking.

Checks for previous milkings not in place yet, but that is of no concern right now. First, I want the animations running.

I've assigned the Offensive (player) and Defensive (Cow) actor to a set of references (xloversMilkquest.Offence and xloversMilkquest.Defence, respectively)

I've assigned the position number to a varable (number 1161, assigned to xloversMilkquest.SPos)

I'm at a loss from this step forward, however.

The things that need to happen are, in order:

The dialog needs to stop. I assumed that I had to set the goodbye flag, but that seems to be not the case, as AP++ doesn't do this either. But as a result, I can't figure out why the conversation still stops in that mod.

The milkee needs to be stripped. Preferably only the milkee, but if that isn't possible, the player may be stripped as well. I'm assuming (somewhat) that calling the main act will do this, but I'd prefer to override this to make the player keep his/her clothes on.

The animation needs to start. In other words: How do I call a sex-act, using a specific animation?

After the milking, you'll obviously need to get milk. I'd like to know how to call a script AFTER the milking. If possible, I'd even like to call said script during the orgasm phase, so the milk is obtained during that final phase

If anyone would care to point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Obviously, the mod is going to be released if we get it working.

Edit: Also, would it be possible to make it so that the act of milking a cow-girl (lame pun sound) won't be recognised as a sex-act in the sexual diary?

Also, we might want a sticky, detailing these kinds of things. (How to get your animation in-game, what script do you need to call to start a lovers-act, how to create after-effects, etc.)

That would make it easier for people to start expanding on the lovers-base

I don't know if this will help, but LoversHabanero has a working milking animation, triggered when you click on a milk bottle in your inventory. CursedArmor has a working milking animation as well, triggered by a timer. Maybe you could look at those triggers?

I'm afraid that doesn't help. The problem is that the scripts are incredibly opaque to me. Also, the Habanero-animations seem to be self-serving ones, and the animations I'm using are duo-animations (the ones from LoversNiche).

The problem is mostly that I don't know where or how to hook lovers into my mod, script-wise. (I need to get that done via dialog, too. But for that I can always make the dialog script activate a user-defined function or toggle a script to start running)

Edit: It works. Now I only have to do some stuff to enable milking only once in a while.
