Hairs and eyes!

So I just recently installed oblivion again.

And I cant seem to find some of those nice hair and eye mods without searching a billion pages on the nexus.

Would anyone be so kind to give me any links to some good ones xD?

Not sure about the Eyes but for Hair I think that you can try Crazy's hair pack, Coolsimes hair pack. I think Ren makes a few too and beauty packs are a complete necessity to have for nicer looking female characters, if you use them.
